Currently serving as Adult Education Director at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, Terri Lynn oversees all aspects of the adult education program, including profit and loss management, curriculum design, student enrollment, and instructional leadership. Her tenure with the organization also includes several years as Adult Education Coordinator, where she played a key role in program growth and operational excellence.
Previously, she held senior academic leadership roles with Education Affiliates in both Cincinnati and Cuyahoga Falls, where they served as Director and later Dean of Education. In these roles, Terri Lynn led faculty development, ensured regulatory compliance, strengthened academic outcomes, and partnered with leadership teams to meet enrollment, financial aid, and placement goals. Her ability to align academic strategies with institutional objectives contributed significantly to campus performance and accreditation success.
Terri Lynn’s professional journey began in technology and corporate leadership, including a long tenure with Westfield Group, where she directed a Center of Excellence with a $10 million budget and led large, cross-functional teams to achieve significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Additional experience includes roles in relationship management and software development, providing a strong technical foundation that continues to inform their data-driven approach to leadership.
Terri Lynn holds a Master of Business Administration from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Akron.
